I lived in Foxfire for eight months. When I had a Maint issue it was fixed promptly, and the Maint staff was very professional and nice. I would warn of the Leese Specials though, We signed a contract that if you are late you have to pay the non special price it was about $50.00 more than the usual rent price, well it was incentive not to pay late.lol My roomates skiped town and I lost my job and I could not afford the $875.00 per month rent. The Mgmt did work with me. I ended up getting evicted for non payment. Before I left even though I was being evicted I cleaned the apt, the floors were spotless, I had carpets cleaned stove was spotless ect. I got a bill stating that they replaced the carpet and the apt was not cleaned well I went to the apt to check to see if they replaced it( the new owner let me see )and Foxfire did not replace the carpet! This apt complex is not bad however Just beware when you move out! They could over charge! God forbid if you have to go to court they will REAM YOU!

My roommate lived there for over two years, and at one point the did tell him that because he'd been there long enough that they'd waive the carpet cleaning at move out (since they were going to replace it anyway). When we moved, they told us we had to get it professionally done or no deposit back. We ignored them, didn't get the deposit back (was all his anyway), and ended up having to shell out another $35 on top of that. They're douche bags when you try to move out.
