Nice complex but a little pricy

I guess I should start by briefly expressing my distaste for the comment made on 6/2.
Although I agree that the author on 5/6 went a little overboard, I think that it is highly unprofessional for a member of the Galleria Palms staff to say such harsh words to a resident (or former resident as of late).
I have not had any trouble with this apartment complex, however I do not feel that its prices are "pricy".
Granted, if I didn't like paying that much I can move, but it has been my choice to stay.
I think that the staff is friendly, but the email written today was not tactful and professional.
Please chose your words carefully as potential residents may be considering the attitude of the staff before giving Galleria Palms a chance.
