Overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
It's a really nice place. Well kept, friendly, but way overpriced. The apartments are tiny compared with many other places. The age mixture is very diverse meaning that any noise at all seems to bring a written warning. My roommate and I have lived there a year now and do not plan on extending the lease simply because we have found a bigger place for less money.
