If you like living with cockroaches and not being able to lay on the ground, then move here. We have maggots on the inside of our laundry room and right by the front door living on the wall. When complained were told to buy a can of raid! Make sure to let them know you are moving out 30 days before your LEASE ENDS or you will be charged 1000 dollars no matter how perfect of a tenant you were. Ridiculously overpriced because it's close to a freeway and near the college (even though it's in a disgusting part of town) My car was vandalized in a well lit area even though there is "a police station on site" Don't fall for their nice first impressions, they are money sucking. They find every way to get money out of you and somehow it's legal! Please find a different place to live and save yourself money! Whoever writes the good reviews have to be those working for the apartment complex. Two good things are the otis spunkmeyer cookies, don't let them get you and the nice maintenance staff. Everything else is horrible. I wish I could post the pictures of the cockroaches and maggots that lined the walls and floors of the apartment.
