I have lived here for almost a year and overall have enjoyed my stay.

However I will be moving out because it is overpriced and has its problems.

For example, I had an ant problem and the staff told me I had to wait 4 days until someone would come and take care of it.

Until then they told me to use raid, which I can't because I'm pregnant and the fumes are bad for me.

I also felt like I was constantly having to call to get things repaired.

But on the upside their maintenance staff is awesome.

Not only did they fix it right the first time but it was never more than a day I had to wait.

My biggest problem is the price.

You get charged $80 per month for a garage, that can't even fit my SUV.

It is a complete waste of money.

In addition, I was able to find an apartment less than a mile up the road that was not only cheaper, bigger in space as well as being a lot nicer looking.

I also don't like that you had to carry a pass around with you everywhere you went.

Obviously if I'm the pool with a key I must live here and even if I didn't, if I'm not making noise or being disturbing why bother me.

Oh one more thing, when I first moved in this complex had no speedbumps which was great but because someone before I had moved in was speeding around, they were put in.

They were also put in as a measure for children at play.

In my opinion, parents shouldn't allow children to play in the parking lot and especially shouldn't leave them unsupervised.

It seemed like if one person messed up the whole complex paid for their mistake.

Although all of these things are true if you what's important to you is layout of apartment, maintenance efficiency, security/safety, and location this is not a bad apartment at all but like I said above it definately isn't worth the price you pay.
