Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Well me and a couple roommates lived in the complex from Aug '03 - Aug '04.
Overall I would say our experience was so so.
Without putting full blame on the complex, we did get a little rowdy sometimes and were quieted down.
I think overall we were looking for a more college atmosphere and where we were located in the complex was more of a quiet family place.
So most wouldn't complain and i'm in no way complaining, so if your looking for a college/halfway quiet atmosphere it's here.
The one MAJOR problem I would say is the damn rent-a-cops they have at this place.
It's almost like a "lights are out at ten, get in bed" situation with those clowns.
They get on you for looking the wrong way.
We had a situation that the manager THANKFULLY heard both sides of the story was ever so kindly enough to let us stay.
Overall MY experience with her was GREAT.
She's a nice lady if you respect her back (which should always be the case).
Overall I would say it was a pretty decent experience.
They didn't overcharge us when we moved out and the rent was actually pretty cheap for a 3 bedroom!
