Has a good front, but is gross

I really like this complex when I first moved in.
It had many nice amenities and was reasonably priced.
I soon found out that this was all a front for the gross apartments.
I first had an invasion of black widows, which maitenance took forever to fix.
Then I had ants all over, I couldn't eat sleep without itching.
Then I found maggots in the laundry room corners.
The walls are thin and it's very loud.
Security is also awful.
My car was broken into and I know several people who had vehicles stolen or broken into.
I do not recommend this complex to anyone even though it is priced well.
