I have lived at galleria palms for almost a year and a half now.
I was ok at first.
The maintenance is fine , it's typical like every other apartment, and the staff are nice , but THIS IS A DANGEROUS NEIGBORHOOD.
Recently I had my car broken into.
I had a pool view, and there are people in the pool having sex at all hours of the night, where is the "supposed" security officers that we're supposed to have' I've had shootings right outside my apartment, and seen people carrying guns around.
Bottom line this is not a safe place to live especially if you have children, and it's not worth your money.

I have lived here for 2.5 yrs and was at a friends when the shot went off. It was in the air to scare people, is what the people and the police told me. It was the first of this I had heard of. Everyone knows that the crime rate is high in Tempe (check the web, deal with it or move out of Tempe. If your biggest problem is sex in the pool, YOU need to get laid. As for security gaurds, big place, lotsa people, do the math. Can't be everywhere at once.
