The management here is totally clueless. I went up to the front to see why my car got towed and they told me they have nothing to do with the towing, it had to be a resident. I was in my spot yet someone called and had it towed. And according to them thats all it takes because they don't talk to the towing company. On top of that my bike has already been stolen here.

Furthermore, there are bug problems that never seem to get fixed. We ask them to have the bug guy spray but I doubt he ever comes because there is always bugs here.

Then when our shower head broke we asked them to come fix it, and when we tried to take a shower that night, it was broken even more. They have no idea on how to fix things apparently.

If you want to sleep late, good luck. They have the lawn care company come out at 7:00 am to mow, use weedwhackers, and use blowers right next to your window. There is no way to sleep thru it. On top of that, you can feel the walls shake when people upstairs walk.

I would not suggest ever living here. If you go to ASU there are many closer places and if you have a family watch out because people in their cars certainly do not.

Oh my God your bike, did you ask the tow company about it? I live at a place where the resident has the right to tow your car and as the sentence says "the resident" has has the right to tow. My car got towed once back home for the wrong reason and they not only brought it back they didn't charge me. I called the cops to report it stolen and they told me the tow company has to inform the police when they do this. This tells me that they have rules they work by, but your probably right, the managment probably told the person to tow your car after hours. Shoot seems to me that if they mow all the grass at 7am they're pretty fast. You probably meant they start at 7am and you happen to be the apartment they started by. Does that sound more correct? I hope one day you will become a cop and save us from all the people in the world cause obviously Galleria Palms does not meet your expectations of the world. Good luck policeing us all.
