This apartment complex was pretty good....until we moved out. We were hit with over $200 in cleaning fees for things like "failed to dust ceiling fans" and "failed to clean inside the washer/dryer." My roomates and I were extremely clean and organized women. Our apartment was immaculate when we moved out. The management also misrepresents certain things like the $250 redoration fee. It's a fee that pays for cleaning when moving in/out. The $250 was completely ignored and not used for anything. I would never recommend living here. Plus the area is creepy and people are shot on Southern and Priest all the time. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!

I'm gonna let you start this one..."failed to dust ceiling fans" and "failed to clean inside the washer/dryer.". Did you? I mean who thinks of a ceiling fan after spending all day cleaning the rest of the apartment. Also its called a washer, who thinks to clean the inside...the people who have to rent the apartment. Would you move in a place that has dirty fans and W/D? I'm not sure how they misrepresented the "$250 redoration fee" but I doubt they ignored it. I remember moving here 5 yrs ago and the first news story I saw was an 70 yr old man that was butchered in scottsdale. As I understand, that's suposed to be the nice area. Funny how all parts of life have crime...it's almost like it's "random acts of uncontroled violence." I blame public education and cable tv...who are you blaming?
