I have lived here for two years and for the most part it has been a good experience. It is pretty quiet (considering it is in tempe near ASU). The two bedroom two bath has a great layout perfect for roommates. Bedrooms are good sized and I have more than enough room in the master bedroom for my King size bed, two night stands a large dresser and a TV stand. Down side is the closet door opens in which mean I have to enter the closet and shut the door to get to the clothes on the right side of my closet. I solved this problem by removing the door and hanging a curtain. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Sometimes the maintainace people will park their golf cart on the path causing me to have to walk in the sometimes wet grass in my heels when I go to work. I have never had anyone park in my covered spot. Near my apartment there are is a lot of extra parking, but could see it being a problem if you lived in another area of the complex. My biggest frustration is I have had maintainance in my apartment serveral times to fix my fridge leaking on the inside and my master toilet to be unclogged. I have given up on getting these fixed and just keep a bowl in the fridge to catch the water and know that I will have to flush the toilet at least two times even if there is only liquid in the bowl.

Major bonus is there are a lot of places that deliver food here and the cabs never get lost looking for your apartment because they are familar with the complex.

Overall I would recommend living here. I have lived in a lot worse places for more money.
