I've been here for about 9 months, in a place near the back. As a small woman, this place feels safe to me. The doors are not near any window and the second stories each have their own stairway that connects only 2 apts. The floorplan is really good with the way that the kitchen opens out. the storage space in the kitchen is plenty as well, though the pantry is a bit shallow.
There is a ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom and they help with the air flow.
The freeway is right next to this complex - but I barely hear it inside. With the air conditioning going on, its not even audible.
The air conditioning is good - its a nice temp in here. I love having a washer/dryer in the place as well.

The complex: often there are teens playing volleyball over on the courts and the exercise room is small but well maintained. I'm sure the pools are ok - they look nice but I never use them.

My interaction with the staff have been positive. They had a police officer here a while back giving a talk on safety and handing out free 'clubs' for cars.

My only problems here:
- one of the burners on my stove keeps shorting out. Its been fixed a few times but still keeps breaking down.
- they jacked up my rent quite a bit when I went month to month after my lease.

This place takes pets :)

Overall, this is a good place. I'll be moving out soon, but hope to find a place like this in my new state.
