There is mold in my apartment also.

The manager is full of !@#$% and so is the maintenance people.

I have never had my intelligence challenged by such ignorance ever before till I moved to Galleria Palms.

I was told that it was my fault that it is so humid in the apartment.

I can't wait till this lease is up!! Don't move in to Galleria Palms....

Don't do it!! The lease is written in such a way to specifically free them of any ramifications due to these conditions.

Yeah I was told that I was keeping the apartment too humid by showering. I'm sorry but I'm not going to smell like a hobo because Galleria can't get their sh** together! I have since moved and have never been happier at the new apartment complex I am staying at! Good luck with your lease!

very interesting! Sounds like something that a person that works there would say. Two things! One, the windows get condensation on them when nobody has even been there to shower. Two, the reason conpanies, landlords, and etc. do what they do is because people allow them to just screw you over. Unfortunately, for anyone that crosses my path it not over tell I get the proper resolution. Now you go ahead and try not to be anymore ignorant than you've just been.

Let me get this straight, the "Proper" resolution is to give you what you want. Is this correct? Why not try and reach a common synergistic, win win solution. What is it exactly that companies, landlords, and etc do? Isn't it more benificial to have repeat business, than to alienate your clients by "screwing them"? I bet if you were to go back and appaulogize and try to work with the staff, they would do the same. Speaking, I mean, as someone who does not, but has worked with the same people you are refering to. Seek first to understand, then to be understood.
