Lots of young students who think that they rule the world and throw parties until 4 in the morning.
If you are a serious individual who likes quiet, this is not the place for you.
Yes, they do have a security staff but they have no power and for the most part are just ignored.
Drunk and high students will make your life hell.
On the bright side the ethnic diversity is fantastic.
Its great to live at a place where mexican, black, and white gang members can live together in one spot.
However, they don't let people into a lease who have a felony - so they are only people who haven't killed anyone yet.
It would be proper to assume that their friends have.
