This apartment complex is in a nice neighborhood, surrounded by other apartment complexes. The apartments are a little old, but well maintained. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from upstairs. Air conditioning unit rumbles very loudly. My neighbor had his car window smashed in, but other than that, I haven't noticed any crime. It would be nicer if they had gated access, like the other apartments around the area. All in all, it isn't too bad---but kind of pricy for what you get.
