I've lived here for more than a year. First, the good part: I must say that the staff is prompt on maintenance. Full points and no complaints in that regard. Clean grounds, well-kept campus. Parking is free and there is sufficient parking (the other apartments in the vicinty charge for parking). I have not had my car broken into, as some other posters have reported. Now for the bad part: noise. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the upstairs neighbour walking around (boards extremely creaky, amplifying every step they take), you can hear their TV, you can hear them talking on the phone and even snoring. If you have a noisy neighbour, you are pretty much on your own here. Management won't do much about it. All you can do is complain and hope it does not fall on deaf ears. A warning (which will almost certainly be ignored) is probably the most they will do. Can't really complain about the leaf-blowers and the like. That's about the same as any other apartment complex.

My recommendation' If your priority is good maintenance, price and location and you can put up with the noise, this is the place to live. If you want piece and quiet and forceful action from the management against noisy neighbours, check out other pricier ones in the area. Your money will be better spent.
