Everything is really good so far

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Have lived here for 4 months now. Really like it, we have a 1 bdrm w/ den on the first floor.
APARTMENT:
Ceilings are pretty bad, I know our neighbors upstairs are not nosey to be annoying. But almost every move they make we can hear them. Refrigator is smaller than our last place. They want you to rent the washer and dryers, so we ended up buying ours and then our floorplan puts the washer and dryer out on the patio. So that makes storage a problem. I've only encountered 1 roach, the cat caught it and put it out of it's misery.
STAFF:
They all seem really friendly, and helpful since the day we came to look at the complex.
AREA:
We live right by "the park", (a little park in the back on the eastside of the complex) it's nice and close to the dumpsters and parking is great. Better than my last place. There is a walk way around the back of the complex, be careful, it's poorly lit, residents tend not to close the locked gates. I was jogging w/ a friend's dog and the winding sidewalk caused me to trip and bust my knee open. They have BBQ pits all around, plus they have there own water station that's convient. It's been very quiet. There is a lot of dog crap, DON'T EVER WALK ON THE GRASS. Once a week I think a guy walks around to try and collect it but it really builds up. No problems with car breakins or thiefs, that I've seen or heard. If anything goes wrong I'll be back to post.
