If you rent an apartment here, make sure it is on the top floor. I currently live on the bottom floor and I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbors take. I can even hear their conversations in the bathroom. The floors are so ridiculously thin! Any time they watch t.v. or listen to music, I can hear it- even if the volume isn't very loud. If someone walks up the stairs, the walls shake. There are a couple groups of partiers around our place and they like to stay up all night and drink, while yelling obscenities out.

Maintenance is pretty good and responded to all of our requests. The staff is very nice and helpful. The grounds are well-kept. I haven??t encountered any problems with roaches or flooding, like the other complaints.

The fitness room is not very impressive ??only one treadmill and it is usually occupied.
Beware their hidden charges like washer/dryer rental. I don??t like the fact that the bathroom is in our bedroom.

Overall- not impressed?? wish I were on the top floor.
