Im really glad to be moving out

I lived here for two years and the first thing that happened when I moved in was the place smelled like smoke from the upstairs neighbors. I couldnt back out once I signed the lease and all my things smelled like smoke. After the year the neighbors moved out and things seemed okay, but then I got a neighbor downstairs who smokes pot all the time and listens to music so loud that my stuff moves on tables, and neighbors upstairs that are VERY loud when walking. I swear its two sumo wrestlers that live up there, but I got used to the walking around. . . sometimes its walking around at 3 in the morning but a bang on the ceiling sometiems helps.
The managment will not help and will not do anything to aliviate the problem. I have even called the tempe police and they say that they can't do anything even though it is obvious that the neighbor downstairs is smoking pot and even valdilized my car by killing a bird and covering my car in honey and sugar. Again no one could do anything about it because it wasn't "criminal damage" My neighbor downstairs was always complaining about me walking around and if I had even one person over would freak out on me and start playing his music VERY loudly. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they offered smoke free buildings or if youre a smoker, and if I lived on the top floor with NON GHETTO neighboors below you who harrass you. (He was always coming to the door - Im a female, like I would answer it living alone)
The walls arent too thin, I've never had a problem with neighbors to the side of me. Maintance is SO SO. It took three times to fix a flooding toilet.
I'm a fairly quiet person, never really have too many people over but this place has been a nightmare. I am moving out in two days (AND COUNTING TRUST ME) I cant wait for this experience to be OVER.
