This has been the worse place I have ever lived in!!!! I have been here for 3 years, because of the cheap rent, and I am so glad that my lease is up at the end of October.

Problems:

1) Walls are absolutely way too thin!!! You can hear everything your neighbor does, from talking in the bathroom to closing cupboards.

2) Because the apartment is old the pipes rattle. This happens regularly!!

3) Parking is a big problem. If you have a nice car do not park next to a walkway. The tenants here have no regard for your personal property. I once found footprints on the hood of my car and side mirrors pushed in so some fat ass cuold get through.

4) NOISE!!! YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!!!!

5) DO NOT LIVE BY THE POOL!!! There is something going on almost every night, and guess what, you can hear it!!!!

6) Maintenance is worthless. They broke a stool of mine trying to get to the air conditioner and just left it on the floor in pieces with no note or anything. I eventually got some money out of them to replace it.

7) Office is worthless. They simply don't care. I once had a leak in the bathroom from the air conditioner unit and I asked them to bring up some buckets to catch the drops of water. An hour later no one shows up. I had to go down to the office and yell at them before they did anything.

Overall - THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
