the property management at this place tries to help but they seem to really not care too much after you sign your lease... i have been renting here for a couple of months and the walls are paper thin i have the noisiest renters in the world living above me. i have been submitting complaints to the office since a week after moving in and they are unable to help the situation due to loopholes in thier rule system. the after hours courtesy patrol that they offer doesnt respond half the time when you call them and even the office personell have admitted this to be true and that they are aware of it. from now on all noise complaints from me are being called into the Tempe Police dept and i am waiting to hear not only from property management but the company that owns the complex to get back to me before i see what type of legal action i can take against this place. its absolutely ridiculous the noise people can make to the extent of waking up my ten month old daughter constantly and you can do nothing about it. the stress and lack of sleep from living at this place is insane, do not rent from this place if you can help it, go down the street or across the street but save yourself the stress from renting here...
