Pro's - It s a nice environment, relatively quiet residents and I have yet to hear someone's music through my walls. The grounds are kept clean and the grass and trees make for a relaxing place to come home too. The floor plans are basic but nice. Not much wasted space in the 1 bedroom I m renting. Not much in way of outside storage for my unit but I see other people hauling stuff in and out of theirs so I think I just got a small storage space.

Con's - I am not a smoker however some of my neighbors are. Their smoke comes through my vents and makes me sick (allergies). I asked the office if there was anything they could do and they acted like I was a crazy person. They wouldn t even talk to me about it, they simply said there was nothing to be done so basically just deal with it. Needless to say no matter how much I clean the apartment and keep air fresheners around it still smells like an old ash tray :(

The walls are also very thin. If someone walks by my window I can hear everything they say. If kids are playing outside I may as well have the windows open for all the good they do. Sometimes I wonder why my electric bill isn t higher because I can t see how they keep the air conditioning from running 24/7.

Final notes:
I think I am going to try and find another place once my lease is up. I don t feel like the staff gives a crap and I don t like my house smelling like an ash tray.
