Pros:
I was a little frightened after I signed a lease to Garden Grove Apartments only to read some of the horror stories. However, I like it here! I love how there are several activities throughout the month for neighbors to get to know one another, such as pancake breakfasts, Hawaiian-themed parties, and lots of others. My rent is VERY reasonable, the best rate yet! I LOVE how there are three swimming pools as well as three laundry rooms. I also like how there is no assigned parking. This just seems to make things a lot easier when you don't have to worry about someone being in your spot.

Cons:
Some of the staff could use a few customer service classes or recieve additional training. I've noticed that SOME appear to be clueless about some things or careless. I live on the first floor and was okay with it until I saw a scorpion in my house. Being from Los Angeles, I have never encountered one of these things in my home, so naturally, I was a little freaked out.
