These people have helped ruin my life. I rented an apartment with a boyfriend who began abusing me, and I told the management I wanted to break the lease on these grounds. They harrassed me when they saw me come back to collect my stuff saying I can't be in the apartment when I'm off the lease, and wouldn't let me back in the apartment. Later I find out they never let me off the lease because my abusive boyfriend refused to cosign my release (predictably), and that it was a no tolerance policy. Then when he skips town with my things they come after me for thousands of dollars for breaking my lease.
They also conveniently won't provide me with my lease records. 3 years later I am still paying them back for their lies.
