i was a renter here for over a year, every month they had new rules and regulations, when us renters never recieved a notice, we violated a rule and was punished with a hefty fine. The propert manager had the worst customer service, she basically told me to keep up with what goes on in her complex. The corporate office brought in all new managment and employees. They had the sweetest young brunette in the office who they got rid of. On of the employees said the brunette brought in over 50% of the new renters in 2 months and the property mang. said she was in fear of her postition and job so they fired her. The property manager told me she didnt give a damn on how much i had to pay becuause she ran this property and it wasnt her problem. i went to the corp office in scottsdale and they just ------- off, saying there was probably a reason why this fat ass propert manager fined me. this property has a infestation of scorpions, roachs, mice, and ants and there is basically nothing they can do about it because its in the walls. Us renters get together and complain because we all have one of these infestation problems. Garden Grove is a horrible place to rent at, it is an unprofessional enviroment place to live at.

I am the brunette that this person is talking about and Yes Everything that they are saying about this complex and managment is true, after bringing in this huge percentage of new renters i was fired, it still bothers me to this day because i worked really hard to welcome and treat our renters and help them find their new home. While working there and moving these renters in i was under the impression that these problems were being fixed, with an owner like Metlife i never doubted these things were going to get handled,but i guess with horrible managment anything can go wrong, and it seems in this case extremly wrong. Again im sorry for moving in anyone that i helped because none of you people deserve to live at that hell hole.
