First off, I live on the side of the property that is infested with SCORPIONS (according to my friend who lives here, the other half of the property is infested with extra-large cockroaches). I have found scorpions in the living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and the best place of all--in my bed!!!

The other **major** issue is the noise--I have called the cops and security NUMEROUS times in the middle of the night due to large parties (during the week too)--although the rental company claims they don't rent to underage and/or college kids, I have witnessed many an all-night party here, and the only reason I'm getting sleep lately is because a lot of the apartments around me are unoccupied. You can hear people's conversations, and even the radio at low volume sounds like a techno party. There is also constant maintenance and construction at like 7 a.m. during the week and sometimes on the weekends. Of late, I get woken up to loud hammering, drilling, or mowers and leaf-blowers. There are also a ton of very loud, unsupervised young children that run around for 2-3 hours in the courtyard in the evening, and they SCREAM at the top of their lungs.

If that isn't enough to scare you away...the new, younger office staff in the past year is so rude and pretentious--you work in a rental office, are you kidding me''' In addition, there are FEES for everything now--such a rip off--they are NOT luxury places by any means, so I don't think I should have to pay for old rickety apartments.

To sum it up b/c I could go off all day on this place -- DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
