I am happy with Garden Grove.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
The staff is very nice, maintenance is there shortly after I call, nice clean pools, quiet, affordable rent... low crime, Love that the fitness center is open 24 hours. very nice for an older building. I would defiantly recommend to a friend to move here. Great for someone that wants to get a lot for their money.
