Let me list the reasons:
-The staff, in fact, does change EVERY week. Plus if the rules change they do not inform residents until it's too late and you now have to pay a fee for some stupid crap you weren't warned about.
-They don't stay informed with you unless your in trouble.
-They are rude...period.
-Bad communication with residents.
-They will screw you for every cent you got.
-They don't care for any sympathy stories and won't budge to help you out in a financial crisis.
-They ALWAYS think YOU are wrong and THEY are right...don't question them or they will make things worse.
-The apartments have bug problems in the sewers...we had cockroaches BIG TIME coming up from the sewers. Ants, spiders, and scorpions.
-Kids are CONSTANTLY left unattended.
-Neighbors (for the most part) are very rude.
-Honestly, for what you pay it's not worth what you get.
-Our air condition broke the FIRST WEEK. Then again a few months later.
-Parking is "first come first serve". It's not assigned parking.
-We were late in Rent and were not notified it wasn't paid until our nexts month rent was due and we went in twice to make sure it was paid and they told us YES!! They wanted us to pay over $2000 for the past due rent and late fees. PLUS they ADMITTED it was a lack of communication on their part and that it was because they switch staff because of the communication issues! But yet they didn't give us a break at all. We still have to pay the full amount of $2000!!!
-The financial person is VERY RUDE. So don't expect a calm conversation with her.
-They lost our check once and tried to blame us. Actually a few times they lost our paperwork (probably the effects of changing staff constantly).
-I bought a laptop that was being delivered and asked the office twice if they had got the package and twice they said no. I called FEDEX and they said it had been dropped off and signed for already. So I went in to ask again and told them that the FEDEX said it was signed for....they found it buried under other packages...
-SO OVERALL IT'S OBVIOUSLY NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.
-I would rate 0 out of 10...no joke.

Good luck on finding a great place to live...but I'm telling you I'm warning you PLEASE double....TRIPLE think over signing with Garden Groves...looks, in this case, are very deceiving.
