Very Noisy

First of all, this complex can be extremely noisy at times.
Some neighbors like to blast their stereos. If you check the Tempe apartment call-list report (from the police) you'll see there's alot of loud music/noise calls. It's questionable just how much management care about this. There is also a problem with neighbors generally being noisy, loitering around outside and drinking in the middle of the night. The rules/terms of the lease brags of a no-tolerance policy against violators, but this is put in doubt by the fact the noise and violations persist. The apartments are a bit run-down as well, but considering the low price, and free utilities, that isn't so bad. I've seen worse.
This makes it a good "starter" apartment for young people, BUT not for families or working people who need *rest* at the end of the day, instead of loud music blaring through the walls and shaking windows.
Maintenance sometimes need to be called back a second time, but generally do a good job, I also found them to be friendly. The grounds look nice and are very well maintained.
Management are generally very nice, and it's appreciated that they at least try to do their best. Unfortunately, I feel that more could be done, primarily, about the noise issue.
