This place is the pits! No lie! I lived here for almost 2 years. The a/c broke down a week after I moved in and was not repaired by them for nearly a month! Meantime the weather was in the triple digits! The office personnel were rude and not vey helpful about it. They are nosey, coming into your apartment without notice or permission (true statement - check the other reviews here). The laundry rooms are lousy, machines take your money and you NEVER get your money back. If something breaks they DON'T fix it in a timely manner. They are quick to place a notice of intent on the 2nd of every month & charge you outrageous late fee amounts for just a couple of days that you are late. The place is way overpriced for what you get - I was able to get an apartment twice as big, in a nice neighborhood for a lot less money! I'm soooo glad I'm outta there!

im so nervous now, im moving there ina couple of days from massachusetts and my boyfriend is the one who found this place out there.. is it dangerous?? and are there alot of college kids around????
