Pretty Spiffy

It's pretty cool. The studio I moved into looks alright; it's clearly aged and the cabinets and doors have some dinks in them.
The staff is really nice and friendly and tackle any problems you have right away. Maintenance shows up the same day to fix my problems. I think the longest I had to wait for them was a few hours.
It's affordable and utilities are included but sometimes the water gets cut off with no warning. I've had it happen twice to me while in the shower and even as I type this, I have no running water. It usually only lasts an hour, but it's really annoying. It can get a bit noisy when they are working on the grounds, but other than that it's pretty quiet.
Another con is that the parking lot is poorly lit, though honestly the whole neighborhood has minimal lighting. Parking is very ample though.
The problems are minor but annoying. I like my neighbors and the staff and I enjoy living here. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
