I'll be moving into Grigio June 1st and from what I saw in my tour of the place, it looks amazing. It's a new style of apartments known as "contemporary living" which features resort amenities but has apartments for rent. It's situated right on Tempe Town Lake which gives great views, for an extra price of course. The actual apartments are nice and modern, and with their huge selection of floorplans it has something for everyone.
