I am a current resident at the Grigio, I have lived here for the past 10 months with two other roomates. When we first moved in the place was amazing! I loved living here and saying that I lived at the Grigio. Today I feel otherwise. The motto at the Grigio and I quote "Your wish our pleasure" has nothing to do with how this place is ran, don't them fool you. There are a few members at the Grigio that have high maintenance needs and the Grigio doesn't act on behalf of the whole!!! So, to refrase the AARP members get their way!! If ya wanna party and enjoy a music serenade then indulge in Mark Taylor properties! Your welcome Mark. Below is a couple new rules that the Grigio enforces and i am not joking!!!
- No one that is intoxicated is allowed at the pool
- Use sun tan lotion sparingly, and no oil because it clogs the drains
Haha right' yea we are chukling too! The grigio is worried about sun tan oil clogging their drains, can you imagine how absurdally trivial the kids in Africa would think that is'
I honestly would love to sit down and talk to prospective Grigio rentees and indulge them in the joke of an appartment complex that the Grigio is running!!
They are a stone through away from ASU and they expect for a quaint little resthome! PLEASE BE ADVISED and think about the decision to move in here!!! You can't even watch a movie without getting a noise complaint.
I can't wait to move out!!! Even though the Grigio offers a nice view inside and out make sure you think about all the avenues before you decide to drop any ink on any piece of paper that the grigio has ownership of!!!
I couldn't leave without saying Grigio thanks for being extremely dissapointing and displaying an atsronomical amount of congnitive dissonance! Grigio ask your lawyers to explain that to you! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I don't even live here anymore (bought a home, overall pretty satisfied with Grigio though) but I love going back and reading the reviews. I like this one especially because this person comes off trying to sound really intelligent, and overall just sounds really dumb. Congnitive dissonance? You mean cognitive? Haha. Try spell check before you try and insult someone else's intelligence. Kids in Africa? Haha. Really? This was the the best analogy you could create? Oils and lotions do indeed break down pool chemicals (yes, even in ------- nations). Oh and I lived at Mark Taylor before, and yes if you enjoy loud music and a staff that generally is more concerned with getting their homework done then helping you with anything, give it a shot. Their reviews are worse on this website. Overall, Grigio is not perfect, but I just felt it was pretty funny that the same residents that come on here and complain are the ones that the majority of the residents think are annoying.

I agree with the poster before me. I mean, honestly, you confused the word "through" with "throw". And then you accuse your management of confusing its priorities because it's concerned about keeping the property well-maintained (which is their job) and kids in Africa aren't worried about that (which they shouldn't, because A: it's not their job and B: you're an idiot.)
If I thought anyone would be clever enough to do so, I would think this review is a plant from the management to highlight the good job they're doing cracking down on noise and drunkards at the pool.
Here's hoping you break your lease!
