Water is out 4-6 times a month for more than 6 hours. Pipes are rotted below Apartments and when the pipes break and get all over your floor the Management will give you NOTHING - only a certificate for carpet cleaner - usually a sloppy gent that will wet and stink up the carpet even more and leave. Haven is OVER PRICED piece of DUMP Property! They require two months notice to vacate and every resident pays a different price for the same equal slum box. One side is called Luxury with new covering for floor, walls, and remodel doors, kitchen and bath but it is still a dump waiting for idiots to rent! The gals at the front are well trained to stretch the truth. Careful, and find something newer, Apartments are reasonable all over Phoenix Metro and many are newer facilities costing hundredas less. Oh YEAH! The train noise all night is the PITS!! Pet dropping all over.
