Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
This Place has good move in rates, which adds to nice monthly payments and great apartments. I have had 2 here so far and both were in good condition. Cable hook ups in the bed rooms don't work in many apartments but they supply basic cable in the living area so its cool. But don't be fooled. there are not very many ladies here at all. People party here and the tenants are nice and respectful. If your looking for a nice place with a great location, that would be Hayden Place Apartments on first street
