I have lived here over an year and just renewed my lease. I like this place because it is close to A.S.U. I also like the fact that I always get a covered parking space. Management is really nice. They do not nickle and dime us for everything. If something happens on the property, management posts notices everywhere. I have to give them a lot of credit for that. Most places sweep things under the rug and hide things. My neighbors are respectful so far.
At least management lives on site. I had one complaint against my neighbor and told management. I think they sent him a notice because I have had no more complaints.
Maintenance has been pretty good. The lighting needs improvement, but everything else is pretty clean. I don't think I've ever gone into the laundry room and found it messy or anything. I like it here. The rent is pretty cheap, and I like that they pay for the water.
