I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years and have not regreted a day yet. The maintanence guys rock and are have a 24 hour turnaround on all request. The management is always available for questions ideas and comments or just to talk. They don't make you feel like they are superior which was an issue at another complex. The place is clean and is a great location. You are walking distance from ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Diable Stadium and Mill Ave. The plane noise is only a problem if you are outside but barely audible inside. All around I have always enjoyed living here and would only move when I leave the state for Grad school. Thanks Hayden Place Apartments.
