I recently found out about this site from my residents telling me about someone who said the cops were always here and we had syringes in our pools. No, not quite. I am here to give you a realistic view of what I think out the property I manage.

Syringes- Absolutely NOT!!!

Planes- Yes they are there. I never hear them when I am inside but outside you can.

Police- We do have the police here quite a bit and it is because I am friends with quite a few officers on our beat and request them to sit here and fill out their reports. When police presence is seen a lot on a property people looking for trouble tend to stay off the property. I also request the officers to patrol through at night. See, I live here also and I am not only protective of the property because of my job, but I am protective of the property because of my daughter who lives with me. I feel totally comfortable walking around my property at 3:00 AM alone.

Parties- Yeah, they happen, mosly on the weekends but then do happen. If anyone has a problem with a neighbor they are more then welcome to come talk with me about it. I will do everything I can to accomidate them.

Owners- Since we are privately owned and managed we don't have the tricks the big management companies do. YOu all know them, "$99 MOVE-IN!" then you go in and you have about $300 in additional fees and deposits. We don't have that kind of yahoo here. I read someone bad mouth the owners on here. Since they have taken over they have repainted the fitness room and the laundry facilities and they have replaced all of the washers and dryers on the property. They have some big plans for this property and are doing a great job.

Residents- We have everybody here. Yes, we are a half mile from ASU and 3 blocks from Mill Ave but that doesn't mean we are only loud, obnoxious students. In fact, this is one of the greatest groups of residents I have ever had. They are very respectful to each other.
