Ok, Just watch your stuff

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
The apartment when I first moved in was ok. Then management changed to Consolidated Asset (-------) management. Don't rent from them they'll ---- ya. I moved because of other reasons though. The neighborhood is close to ASU which was good for me, but the neighborhood itself is spotty at best. Three times was I asked by some crack head for not change, but 8 dollars. When I didn't give 8 dollars he peed on my door and came back later to steal my bike only to return to steal my other bike. Both were well locked. My deposits were never returned, that's just Consolidated Asset being who they are. I did like the look of the place but the air conditioning units will drive you nuts, absolutely. loud as hell.
