I just wanted to make a few comments on my little home at 625 West First. Let me start by saying I have never lived in an apartment complex with a friendlier, more laidback group of residents. Almost everyone smiles or says hi when you are walking around. The wind whistles through the palm trees on those early blue-sky Arizona mornings as I look out of my window into the Hayden Place courtyard. Certainly, the plane traffic in the day can be jarring at times as one reviewer had mentioned but eventually you get used to it and won't notice it much, save the rare fighter jet on maneuvers. I have never been a victim of crime in the two years of I've lived there and I understand the police response time on occasional occurrences is super fast anyway as they are usually patrolling the decrepid ghetto neighborhood down the street. Also, I find the scathing attacks on the young ladies in the front office rude and unwarranted. I can't imagine how much work it must be to run a large property such as ours and keep it in such good shape. Maintenance crew is also very friendly and efficient, correcting the few minor fixes I've needed quickly.
