Okay so if you're a student and had to live here or be homeless, then I'd guess its okay.
The place looks horrible, so unkempt.
You can hear your neighbor beatting his girlfriend (true story)
The BBQ is used as an ashtray.
Some of the people are scary.
Oh and good luck trying to study, sleep, live with partying going on 24/7.
But I will say this if you're a student at ASU or Collins and you have a very limited budget and no car, this might be okay and you can say it helped you biuld charater.
