not horrible overall but there must be something better

If you're a college student the price for a two-bedroom is about perfect, but look elsewhere if you want a studio or one-bedroom. I had no problems with crime or noise over the year. There were very few bug problems, though I did see one scorpion back in November. I will say that the staff leaves something to be desired-- I've had a rent check and a notice to vacate mysteriously disappear after being handed to the manager's assistant, and the manager herself was rather rude while resolving the matters. The grounds aren't the best and the pools were shut down by the health department for a while-- lovely. The sad thing is I haven't found anywhere better to live around here.
