Hi I just found this review site and i wish i would have found it in september before i moved in.
In the begining.... I met the manager at that time which was tatooed pierced lady but she was nice, a month later a new management company came in and she doesn't work here anymore.
First on the day we were supposed to move in the apartment was not ready or cleaned. they made us wait an extra week till we could move in and the apartment was still not cleaned we had to clean it ourselves, for our trouble they gave a cleaning voucher to be used later.
second, they apartment was and is infested with roaches huge gross roaches. the sinks have never drained properly the tub and shower nevr drain properly both toilets leak the ceiling fan shocks you everytime you pull the chain and there are no ground prongs in them, the cord for the fan is exposed and nailed along the wall and the ceiling. the kitchen sink leaks and has a horrible monkey buisness of plumbing in the cuborad. the fridge was broken for two weeks the first day we moved in it didnt work and it took them two weeks to replace it. the dishwasher is a early 80's model and a joke doesn't clean anything just makes your dishes dirtier. the shower handels broke in the first month and i had to replace them myself in order to take a shower. there is water leaking behind the tub into the wall, i am suspicious of raw sewage int he wall and lots of black mold. the carpet is old and has mold in it, and is very stained. the windows do not lock. and that is just the begining
we have had our apartment broken into, cars broken into 3 or more times. the cops do not show up in that timely of manner i am scared if there is a real emergency they would not show up in time. it has a dark parking lot, pool was not working for five months. it is a very bad neiborhood i would not suggest having a woman alone in it. we had a sprinkler line break and had a flood for a week then they fixed it.
constant jet fuel fumes. and the noise of flights every ten minutes or more. traffic after or before events for tempe is horrible if you live right here.
management...
they confrontational and not willing to work with you, and that is the new management.
After living here since september and feeling so unsafe threatened and had sickness and allergies because of this place i would never suggest such a place.
