The management has a high turnover rate, probably because it sucks. The complex itself is dirty, filled with crazy indigents. We had one truck stolen and an apartment flooded due to an exploding water heater while we lived here. (They refused to reimburse for damaged belongings even though it was their fault for not maintaining the apartment as said in the contract). I never felt safe living here.
