I moved into this complex in mid 2008. It is actually called Amber Gardens. the manager that moved me in i gotta be honest was sort of a moron. what sold me at the time was the pricing and move in special. so far 2009 has been good with new staff that are doing better job keeping the place clean and they havent been rude to me yet. what i like best is the lighting at night, the pools that are always open, the convenience of working out anytime of day or night that i want, and the internet available for me to check my email once in a blue moon. maintenance is always handled quickly and efficiently. all these reviews on here are so old I wanted to give an update. it sounds like a pretty scary place one upon a time, but i have no complaints. its always quiet, excpet an occassional bbq once in awhile but nothing that ever prevents you from sleeping or studying.

Are you kidding? The new manager is the worst! She is rude and unprofessional. Please don't get me started... The pools are NOT always open or very clean for that matter, the exercise room is NOT always available, nor is the internet room because the same kids are on it almost every day for hours at a time... The appliances, fixtures and countertops are old, and should be replaced. ALWAYS QUIET? come on now! That's a bold faced lie (unless you are deaf) a variety of rude, drunken people can be heard almost every night either by the pool and in the parking lot.... This review cannot be for real!
