These Apartments have a weird mold smell that you can not get rid of. They have cockroaches. They never change carpeting out and do not clean apartments between different renters. Oh yea and they can not fix thing. They ghetto rig everything if they even get around to that. The only postive thing i can say is there is not a lot of crime here. The apartment are right in the path of the airport so hope you like crooked pictures and the sound of airplanes and the train. The management sucks we've had like 3 differnt managers and 5 different maintence guys in the past year. Rents not bad, but the over quality of the apartment is crappy too. The dryers do not dry well and there are 6 washers and 6 dryers
