Hidden Glen is such a sub-standard apartment complex, I am embarrassed to have my friends over. When I moved into my apartment, the toilet tank took about half an hour to refill after each flush. It was only with heavy cajoling that I was able to get management to fix this. The windows are ill-installed and single pane, which does nothing to keep out noise or water. I have to turn the volume up on my TV in order to hear it whenever an airplane flies overhead. Every Friday and Saturday the neighbors across the street blare out loud mariachi or polka music into the night at top volumes. My car was keyed while parked in the parking lot. Children are constantly playing near/on my car. When they washed the building to prepare it for a new coat of paint, the water leaked through my windows causing water and dirt to get all over the inside of my apartment. There is also a wall in my apartment that leaks and bulges outward every time it rains--management seems uninterested in fixing any of these problems. I would highly encourage anyone considering living here to run the other way.

Just a suggestion: if you're willing to be rude to management, it really helps in getting things accomplished. Call up and express how upset you are, and I guarantee that things will be repaired more expediently.
