I'm moving out of here this summer. This place is great on the budget, the walls are thick, and the grounds are reasonably well cared for. The new manager is inconsiderate and cold; I wouldn't want to count on her for anything. My tub, kitchen sink, and stove are dead rusty. The a/c is frequently broken and may as well be nonexistent. If you're not picky and want somewhere cheap and close to ASU this'll do. If you care even a bit about being comfortable, I'd look elsewhere.
