Run away.....this is a bad place to live. The new management is horrible. They don't know how to behave. Nothing works well here. Sincere advice is that "Do not get trapped". All the sweet talk and promises will be there till you sign the lease. After that this is a HELL!!!. Water/AC/elect..all will come and go as per the wish of the managers. The assistant manager is very arrogant. Any where you go will be much much better than La Cresenta.
It seems there are some criminal activities going on. Frequent present of police with their weapons drawn!!!!.....GO AWAY FROM HERE. SAVE YOUR SELF
