I've been reading these reviews and I must say that for whomever wrote complaining about cockroach problems, or any other problem for that matter, it must be the renter's fault. There really isn't much noise late at night. My roomie and I have not had ANY cockroach problems, nor any problems with management. Everyone is always nice and willing to help resolve an issues. We've lived here since November 2003 and are very content and comfortable here. I suggest to the people who complain about roach problems to try cleaning your apartment atleast once in a while :)

Wow; it seems that the management found this site and posted their own review- I've been here since 2006, keep a clean apartment, sign up for their bi-weekly exterminator visits, and I STILL have a roach problem. I, too, don't have a noise problem- or at least, the problem stopped after I called the police several times on the neighbors in question, since management didn't see a problem with loud, floor-thumping music from 11 PM 'till 4 AM. Management is definitely fast to respond; it only took 7 months of constant complaining for them to send someone to take a look at my regularly-jamming (even with NOTHING in it) disposal unit, only to tell me that it's fine. They are nice and willing to help resolve issues? Well, I suppose that clearly fake, rather hostile "smiles" given to anyone to enter the office COULD be viewed that way...
